Dr. Martin Eight Eyelet Stompin Boots
The previous owner did not take very good care of these. I cleaned them throughly with steam. I applied Bagbalm to bring back the soft feel of the leather. Then, I applied 3 coats of black shoe polish over a period of six days. A final brush shines with a dry soft rag buff. Finally, I applied a coat of Dr. Martin Dubin Rub. The recommended minimum monthly maintenance product is to maintain the soft, flexible leather and nice shine.I have included photos of where the dried leather had cracked. Luckily, those cracks are not holes going all the way through the boot. Price is reflected in reguards to wear and tear.
