There was a manufacturing error with some of the caps not being sealed correctly causing some of the bottles to leak within their packaging.The distributor deeming them unsellable dumped them out of their packages into 55 gallon barrels and put into storage awaiting disposal.Not all of the caps are defective it was mostly only one or two per package, and there is nothing wrong with the inks themselves. They are new however I'm listing them as used due to the fact that some of the ink has leaked and damaged the labels and some bottles have more ink than others I make sure there bottles I send are at least 3/4 full and do my premier to ensure the caps don't leak I can't promise that some leakage won't occur during shipping however I've developed a specific way of packaging in case there is so the mess will be minimal.
