Dimensions are in the listing. Unsure of designer but a GORGEOUS piece. I received 3 years ago but haven’t had the opportunity to wear it. This is not reversible. Ask ANY QUESTIONS. Look at photos carefully, there are a few markings that, to me, look a bit out of place but may be part of the pattern. There are no tags on it so I’m unsure of the material.
