I purchased this a few years ago as a US military surplus item (deadstock).
After purchasing it, I stored it as part of my collection without ever using it.

Color: 3-Color 3C

The jacket is labeled (see image 2) as LARGE-LONG.

Equivalent to approximately a Japanese size L.
(For reference, I am 175cm tall and weigh 75kg, and it fits me with a relaxed feel.)

As a deadstock item among US military surplus, it appears to be in relatively clean and good condition.
There is a US AIR FORCE tag on the chest.
Air Force patches are attached to both arms.
