Shoulder bag-type medic bag carried by medics.
A long-running model, transitioning from 1950s rubber-coated canvas to nylon fabric, and still issued into the 2000s.
Tri-fold design.
Three compartments with nylon zippers: 1 large, 2 small.
One pocket.

DLA contract, so deadstock, fresh and unused from the late 1970s to early 90s.
The shoulder strap was also folded and stored in the pocket.
Considering the age, there is no significant damage.
The vertical lines on the flap appear to be traces of tailor's chalk from cutting.
