sizzling ! Large 1870s EAPG Psyche & Cupid Pattern Glass Pitcher water jug Riverside

This exquisite water pitcher features the Psyche & Cupid pattern, inspired by Greek Mythology, delicately portrayed in a motif design. Circa 1870's. The pitcher showcases two round cartouches, each containing a cameo image of Cupid and Psyche, with Cupid holding up a mirror for Psyche to comb her hair.

The clear glass pitcher measures 9 1/2" in height, 9 1/2" from spout-to-handle and 4 1/2" across the base. It's in excellent condition with no cracks or chips, with the only imperfection being some embedded bubbles in the foot. This rare and special piece is flawless for collectors or anyone who appreciates antique glassware.
