This is a crossbody bag from CLATHAS.
The fabric appears to be nylon, but it feels more appreciate a slightly more supple Prada-type material rather than a crinkly one.
There's a large zippered pocket on the front.

On the opposite side inside, there's a small zippered pocket for valuables, and a loop for attaching keys.
